Rise and Linger Bed

The flat, tailored headboard rises tall and unadorned, nothing to distract from the actual point, a place to prop up against on a Sunday with no plans. The platform frame sits low to the ground, upholstered clean on every side, block feet keeping the whole thing grounded without adding any visual weight.

This is the bed for the alarm that gets snoozed twice. For coffee brought back to bed instead of finished in the kitchen. For the ten extra minutes that somehow always turn into forty-five.
