At Intro Foris, delivering your furniture is an extension of how we design: thoughtful, reliable and flexible. We aim to bring your pieces to you as soon as possible, on a day that suits your schedule.
When you place an order, we ship all items together and provide an estimated delivery timeline. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal nearest you, the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery to your home or business. Standard deliveries are made to the first dry area (such as a garage or lobby); they do not include inside placement, assembly or debris removal. White‑glove service includes a scheduled appointment, placement inside your home (up to one flight of stairs), assembly, and removal of large packaging. If you need to return an item, we recommend retaining the packaging.
For smaller packages sent via UPS or other parcel carriers, delivery will follow the tracking information rather than a scheduled appointment. A signature is required for most deliveries. Please inspect the packaging upon arrival and note any concerns on the delivery paperwork. Additional fees may apply if you make changes after your order has been prepared for shipment, request evening or weekend delivery, or live in an area where weekend delivery isn’t available.
While most orders arrive within the estimated 1-3 week timeframe in the US and Canada, delivery times are ultimately subject to transit variables. Intro Foris cannot ship to PO boxes and is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays once the items have left our warehouse. If you have chosen to collect your order from a warehouse, please wait for our confirmation call before arriving.
Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the original shipping charges are non‑refundable, even if an item arrives damaged or defective. After an order has been prepared for shipment, we cannot change the items included. Shipping costs are calculated on the product subtotal before taxes and discounts. Any additional fees imposed by the carrier - such as charges for delivering to remote locations, missed delivery attempts, weekend delivery, storage, or other extra services - will be the customer’s responsibility. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories, nor do we ship outside the United States and Canada. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information from dispatch through to delivery.
White Glove Shipping Upgrade
Upgrading to White Glove service after an order has shipped will incur a significant surcharge and may delay your delivery. White Glove service includes scheduled appointment, inside placement (up to one flight of stairs), assembly, and removal of large packaging. It is available throughout the US and in select areas of Canada; if you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact our Customer Service team.
Payment and production:
We require full payment to start crafting a custom piece. Because each item is made specifically for you, all production costs are committed once we begin. After this point, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Lead times:
Crafting a custom piece typically takes 8-12 weeks, though this timeline is an estimate and subject to change.
Changes and modifications:
Once submitted, custom orders cannot be guaranteed to be modified. If changes are possible, they may incur additional costs. Any outstanding balance, including late fees or extra charges, will be charged to your card according to our Terms and Services.
Warranty:
Custom pieces are covered under the Intro Foris Guarantee only for defects or damages. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to a change of heart.
Delivery and storage:
When your custom item is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery. If you’re unable to receive it within 15 days of notification, we’ll apply warehouse storage fees. If we’re unable to reach you or arrange delivery after those 15 days, the non‑refundable payment is forfeited and Intro Foris will determine how to handle the piece.
Availability & Processing
- In‑stock items: Orders for items we have on hand are typically submitted to our warehouse within one business day for processing, and you’ll receive an email update when this happens.
- Pre‑orders & custom pieces: When made‑to‑order or pre‑ordered pieces arrive at our warehouse, they are unloaded, inspected and prepared for dispatch. This usually takes 1-4 business days.
Warehouse Processing
All orders require an estimated 1-4 business days for processing prior to shipment. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Transit Times
Within the United States and Canada, both Standard and White Glove deliveries usually take 1-3 weeks in transit. As soon as the carrier picks up your order, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Local Delivery
For local deliveries, we’ll reach out within 2-3 business days after all items have arrived at our warehouse to arrange a delivery appointment. Deliveries typically occur 1-2 weeks later.
If you anticipate a time when you won’t be able to accept delivery, please let us know through the contact form on our Contact Us page before placing your order. Should a scheduling conflict arise after ordering, notify us before your items ship so we can discuss options.
We may be able to hold your purchase temporarily; storage fees will apply on a per‑day basis and are the customer’s responsibility. If you need to change the consignee or shipping method, we require written notice at least five business days before shipment.
If, despite our efforts, we are unable to reach you or schedule delivery within 30 days, the order and any funds paid will be forfeited. Intro Foris will then determine how to handle the items.
You can sign in to your customer account at any time to see your order history, print receipts and access tracking and other order‑specific details.
Your local sales tax is calculated based on the state, province or territory where your order is delivered within the USA or Canada.
Only one promotional offer - whether a coupon code or voucher - may be applied per order, and trade program discounts cannot be combined with promo codes.
Store credit may not be used on the same order it was issued for, nor can it be applied to a past purchase.
Vouchers are valid for six months from the date issued and may be applied only to future purchases of furniture, accents or décor. They cannot be used toward shipping fees or taxes, have no cash value, and may not be sold or exchanged.
Vouchers are calculated from the order subtotal (after discounts, before shipping and tax).
Vouchers are issued 30 days after delivery or pick‑up. Each voucher is valid for a single use, and any unused balance expires. If an order including a voucher is canceled, returned or refunded, the voucher is forfeited.
Voucher values may be adjusted if additional discounts or credits are applied to an order, including post‑delivery compensation.
If a coupon code or voucher was not applied to your order at checkout, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order; after that timeframe, we cannot add or modify promotional offers. Coupons do not apply to partial or parts orders.
Review and photo credits will be added to your account within three business days of submission.
What our gift cards are
Introforis gift cards are prepaid digital certificates carrying a specific value in US or CAD. They are delivered by email with a unique code and can be applied to furniture and home décor purchases on introforis.com. Gift cards are not linked to any membership or loyalty program - we do not currently offer one.
No expiration or maintenance fees
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, our gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or maintenance fees. This ensures your balance remains available until it is fully used. Promotional or charitable gift cards issued during special campaigns may include an expiry date; this will be clearly stated at issuance.
Using your gift card
- You may redeem gift cards online for merchandise (product, shipping and applicable taxes).
- Gift cards may be used across multiple orders until the balance is exhausted. If your purchase exceeds the card’s balance, the remaining amount can be paid via another method.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, resold or exchanged (except where required by law).
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Returns and refunds
Items purchased with a gift card and subsequently returned will be refunded back to the gift card. Gift cards themselves are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen cards
Treat your gift card like cash. Intro Foris is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift cards, and we cannot replace or reissue them.
Limitations
- Only one gift card code may be applied per order.
- Gift cards are not part of any membership scheme; they do not accrue points or rewards.
- Gift cards issued in a specific currency must be redeemed on the corresponding currency site.
Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or using an Intro Foris gift card, you agree to these terms. We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or business practice; any changes will be posted on our website.
From time to time we include a courtesy gift with qualifying purchases to enrich your experience. The details below outline how these gifts are issued, handled, and claimed.
Eligibility and Claims
- Gifts are tied to specific promotions and qualifying orders; they cannot be transferred, redeemed separately or exchanged for cash.
- Promotional gifts are available only while the promotion is active.
- Upon delivery, please inspect your gift. If it arrives damaged or defective, submit a claim through your account within three days of delivery, including clear photos and relevant details. Claims filed after this period cannot be accepted.
Returns and Exchanges
- Courtesy gifts cannot be returned or exchanged on their own.
- If you return the item that qualified for the gift (e.g. a bed frame), you must also return the gift in its original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from any refund.
Sizing and Compatibility
- Promotional bedsheets are sized to fit standard mattresses that match the bed frame purchased. Fit issues with non‑standard mattresses are not eligible for claims.
Warranty Exclusion
- Complimentary or promotional gifts are not covered under warranty.
By accepting a promotional gift, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, our customer service team is ready to help.
- Automatic charges: Your credit card may be charged automatically for outstanding balances such as overdue invoices, additional carrier fees or storage costs.
- Payment modifications: Once a transaction is completed, any change to the payment method or charge amount will incur a fee equal to 3% of the transaction value.
- Pre‑orders: Full payment is required at the time you place an order for items on back‑order.
- Applying discounts: Coupon codes and discounts can be applied within 24 hours after a promotion ends, or up to 72 hours to adjust the price of an existing order (including sale price adjustments).
- Currency & tax: We bill in the currency of the shipping address and apply taxes based on that destination. For example, if your order ships to Canada but the billing address is in the US, the charge will be processed in Canadian dollars with the applicable provincial taxes (and vice versa). Your credit card provider may also apply additional administrative or exchange fees.
- Accepted payment methods: We accept major credit cards for orders shipping within the United States or Canada. We cannot accept checks with a billing address outside these countries.
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, Intro Foris cannot guarantee the availability of every product shown on our site. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any item at any time, without prior notice.
We strive to present accurate information across pricing, delivery estimates, and product details. All prices are subject to applicable state and local taxes, and availability, pricing, and delivery rates may change.
On occasion, errors may occur in product descriptions, images, or pricing. Intro Foris reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or cancel or restrict orders as needed - including after an order has been placed or accepted.
Our intent is always to communicate clearly and act fairly, while maintaining the flexibility required to operate thoughtfully and responsibly.
tro Foris products may also be offered through select third-party retail partners. Orders placed through these channels are processed separately from purchases made directly on introforis.com.
Pricing, promotions, shipping methods, return policies, and warranty terms may differ from those listed on our website and are governed by the policies of the retail partner through which the order was placed.
While Intro Foris may assist with fulfillment for select partner orders, all order-related inquiries, returns, and customer service requests must be directed to the retail partner’s customer support team. Intro Foris does not manage customer service for purchases made through third-party retailers.
